Focus:  Skill Development and Physical maintenance
Duration: 6 weeks

Team organized training – Teams will be engaging in outdoor team practices.

Individual training

Training sessions will be offered both indoors and outdoors to continue skill development and physical maintenance.     Sessions will continue to make corrections to enhance season performance with consideration that games are underway.   Training will be based on early season feedback from coaches and may include a number of Specialty Classes based on real game experiences that identify training gaps.
