Coach Michael is a highly respected figure in the Ontario baseball community, bringing a deep wealth of technical knowledge and an exceptional track record of player development to this program.

Proven Baseball Pedigree

Rooted in Excellence: Michael grew up playing competitive baseball in Waterdown, learning from premier coaches who helped propel his career to the High School and University levels.

Local Success: During his university years, Michael suited up right here at home for the Intercounty Baseball League (IBL) Kitchener Panthers, learning from some of the absolute best baseball minds in the country.

Championship Track Record: As a coach, he knows exactly what it takes to build a winning culture. Leading the 2015-born Kitchener Panthers program, his squads have been powerhouse competitors—finishing as 'AAA' OBA runners-up twice and capturing the ICBA Championship title in 2025.
